I was going to write about my impressions of my new Mobiscribe E- ink notepad, but it really was kind of underwhelming, so I'm going to try and give it a fair shake and maybe blog about it next time.
I was trying to think of a subject, and a little item in my room caught my eye--my clothes pin with washi tape. It is so cute and is actually useful-the gap in the tip of the clothespin exactly hugs my phone charging cord, so I leave it clipped to the cord, and when the phone's not charging, the clothespin stops the cord from slipping away.

That got me thinking about the little things that make life a bit more cheerful.
A List of My (Little)favorite Things
1. The aforementioned tiny clothespins
2. Post-It Notes and washi tape
3. Fountain Pen
4. Cup of tea with a cute mug rug
5. Portable hand lotion

So, I already told you about the clothespins. But wait--there's more about washi tape!
I put washi tape and “posty” notes in the same category, they work together to organize my planner. I've had a creative block lately on using washi and postys and new ideas for my planner, but hopefully that will break up soon.

On a completely different note, a little travel size hand lotion or a small solid lotion bar that you can take with you is so useful and can pick you up anywhere you are. It's a crappy feeling when you wash your hands in a public restroom somewhere, and they wind up feeling really dry some time afterward. It’s a nice little pick-me-up to hydrate your hands on-the-go.
So that's my short list of "the little things." What kinds of things do you like?
Have a great week and spend some quiet time with your favorite thing(s) soon.
